Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the customized and personalized nature of our corporate gift items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless one of the following applies:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or defective.
  • The item was damaged in transit.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and share clear photographs of the issue to validate your claim.


Return Policy for Edible Gifts

For perishable or edible items such as chocolates, cakes, or gourmet treats:

  • Requests for return must be made within 24 to 36 hours of delivery.
  • After this period, we regret that we cannot accept return requests for edible products due to their perishable nature.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product is significantly different from the design approved by the customer.
  • The item is damaged beyond repair and cannot be replaced.
  • We are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.
