Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized and personalized nature of our corporate gifting products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect corporate gift, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Our support team will review your request promptly and assist you with a suitable resolution.
Return Policy for Edible Products
For edible gifts such as chocolates, cookies, cakes, or gourmet hampers, customers must report any issues within 24 to 36 hours of delivery. As these are perishable items, we cannot process returns or refunds beyond this timeframe.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- The delivered gift item is significantly different from the approved design or description.
- The item is damaged upon arrival and cannot be replaced.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Replacement Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized, personalized, or bulk corporate orders that have already entered production or packaging.
